About SPUG

The Subscriber Profile User Group (SPUG) was founded by Sprint, T-Mobile, Vodafone, AIS, 3 and Bharti. to share practical experience across the Communication Service Provider (CSP) community and develop industry best practices for the design, implementation and operation of subscriber profile centric networks. SPUG provides a forum to directly address these issues, discussing the data consolidation objectives of its members, and providing direction on how to speed the smooth introduction of a unified subscriber repository. In addition, SPUG will identify lead application areas, common pitfalls and crucially, will provide guidance to infrastructure and application vendors for developing dataless products.
